Who is Talk it Out NC?

Talk it Out NC is a program funded by the North Carolina Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission to reduce the statewide problem of underage drinking. We know that as a parent, your child’s safety is your #1 priority. Studies show that young teens who talk openly with their parents and other responsible adults (teachers, coaches, faith leaders, and medical professionals) about alcohol are less likely to drink.
