Coaches Join Talk It Out Effort

Through research with middle schoolers and their parents, we learned that coaches are seen as trusted and valuable resources for both middle and high schoolers.

Students look up to them as role models, both on and off the court or the field.

Parents look to them to help mentor their kids, instilling a strong work ethic and moral compass.

As the saying goes, it takes a village, and coaches are very important members of that village.

We’re proud to have the support of three local coaches, Coach Mike Krzyzewski, Coach Joanne P. McCallie, and Coach Wes Moore. Check out the videos below to learn why they’ve joined the fight to reduce underage drinking in North Carolina.
